My Story

I'm a New York City native with a passion for journalism, video production, and storytelling, especially when it comes to celebrating food, restaurants, and the hospitality industry. After earning my Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism and Media Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Miami in May 2020, I've carved a unique path in the media world, blending my love for storytelling with my deep appreciation for culinary culture.

My career has taken me from interning at CBS News with 60 Minutes to producing multimedia campaigns at SevenRooms, where I helped amplify stories from the hospitality industry, and now to DoorDash, where I lead video production for internal communications. Along the way, I've worked on some of the most iconic live television productions, including Super Bowl LIV and Times Square's New Year's Eve coverage, and served as an Associate Producer for CBS News. At the University of Miami, I got my start as a creative content associate, crafting engaging video for Hurricane Athletics.

Whether I'm producing compelling video content, exploring hidden restaurant gems, or connecting with chefs and hospitality leaders, my passion for storytelling and food is at the heart of everything I do. That passion lives outside of work too, through Behind the Pass, my video series profiling chefs and restaurants, the documentary Mixto Cubano: The Origin of the Cuban Sandwich, and What Jus Ate, my ongoing food blog and video series.

Outside of work, you'll often find me in the kitchen experimenting with recipes, hosting food crawls, or cheering on Liverpool Football Club as they take on the Premier League.

Led video production and internal communications initiatives, including creating 7RTV, an internal video series, and shaping intranet strategy for 345+ global employees. Developed storytelling campaigns that enhanced employee engagement and showcased company culture.

Produced daily live news segments with graphics and SEO-optimized content, boosting social media engagement across platforms with millions of followers. Wrote stories and headlines under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and audience appeal.
